About Dionna

I built this work at the intersection of two worlds most people never enter together.

Dionna Chambers is an intuitive business strategist, executive advisor, and speaker for established women founders. One world taught her how businesses actually grow. The other taught her why the woman leading the business decides how far it goes.

The Two Worlds

For most of her career, the two worlds never met.

In one, Dionna presented for global brands, built partnerships, ran programming, and sat in rooms where a campaign, a launch, or a retail expansion carried real money and real consequences. Strategy was a discipline. Results were measured. Nobody asked how the decision felt.

In the other, she had spent years developing a different kind of intelligence: intuition she could rely on, an understanding of identity and the nervous system, and a growing certainty that the founders around her were not failing on strategy. They were overriding themselves. They knew the next move before the spreadsheet could prove it, and they talked themselves out of it anyway.

Her work exists because she stopped choosing between the two. The strategy got sharper when the inner intelligence was allowed in the room. The intuition got more useful when it had to survive contact with real numbers.

The First World

The strategy was earned in rooms with real stakes.

More than a decade across global brands, live media, retail, programming, development, experiential marketing, partnerships, and executive leadership taught Dionna how growth actually happens. She has translated complex products for live audiences, built founder-facing programs, led retail and development initiatives, shaped brand experiences, and advised businesses through positioning, revenue, and expansion decisions. That commercial range is the strategic spine of her advisory work today.

The Other Intelligence

Data can take a decision most of the way. It cannot take it home.

Every founder eventually meets a decision the spreadsheet cannot make for her. Which offer to build. Which partnership to walk away from. When to expand, and when the timing is wrong even though the numbers say go. These decisions run through identity, through the nervous system, through grief and life and everything else the founder is carrying while she leads.

Dionna treats that territory as seriously as she treats the P&L. Intuition is handled as executive information, then pressure-tested against the strategy. Identity work expands what the founder can hold. Somatic work finds where fear or old patterns are quietly limiting growth. None of it is offered as a replacement for rigor. It is the part of rigor most advisory rooms leave out.

Why This Work Exists

She has made the decisions she now advises on.

Dionna built her business as a single mother and self-funded founder, making high-stakes decisions without a safety net, an inheritance, or a fallback plan. She knows what it costs to hold a company in your body, because she has done it. She knows the difference between a strategy that looks right and one a founder can actually live inside.

That lived experience shapes how she advises: direct, perceptive, and able to hold the vision and the execution in the same conversation. Clients call her “no-nonsense” and “soul-led and deeply knowledgeable,” and describe “a rare ability to hold space for both strategy and spirit.”

Every founder I advise is deciding between the plan she can defend and the move she knows is right. I built this work so she never has to choose.

Training and Education

The toolkit behind the method.

Dionna’s work is built on formal education, structured training, and years of applied practice, integrated through the Embodied Wealth Method and brought to hundreds of entrepreneurs through private advisory, startup consulting, and workshops. The somatic and nervous system dimension of her work, including her signature somatic audits, grew out of this training and a decade of using it where real money was on the line.
