I built this work at the intersection of two worlds most people never enter together.
I am a single mother to a neurodivergent child and a self-funded entrepreneur who has built every version of her success from scratch. I know what it means to make high-stakes decisions without a safety net and to keep going anyway. That's not a backstory. That's my qualification.
For over 15 years, I've moved through the highest levels of business as a brand representative and professional speaker for General Motors, a featured presenter for Sony Electronics, a marketing and events consultant for Moët Hennessy, and Head of Programming and Development for Thirteen Lune, the groundbreaking beauty retailer dedicated to Black and Brown founders. I've built revenue channels, worked in high-stakes rooms, and helped leaders navigate the kind of decisions that shape companies and careers. I understand strategy at the level where the stakes are real.
But I also know what the spreadsheets can't see. I know that the most capable leaders I've ever worked with weren't held back by a lack of strategy — they were held back by the stories they were telling about themselves, the nervous systems running on fumes, and the identities that hadn't caught up to the businesses they were building. So I built a practice that works on both. The strategy is precise. The inner work is deep. And the results for my clients and for me, are the kind that last.
