This week is all about how to maintain yes in your life consistently. If you are just joining the journey, I encourage you to get caught up on the series. Part I was all about believing you can create a life of abundance with a “yes” mindset. And Part II was all about actually creating a life of “yes” through meditation and visualization. This week…is where it gets GOOD! 🙂
Maintaining yes in your life can sometimes be the most challenging part of creating abundance. Why? Because we are programmed by our past. We are programmed by what we know! And if what we know is worry, fear, and doubt…guess what will creep back in once we’ve started creating the results we want? WORRY, FEAR, and DOUBT!
So how do you maintain yes when all you hear is “no?”
Step 1 – Believe in yourself AGAIN, believe you can actually create the life you want… AGAIN
Step 2 – Practice makes perfect. Practice through meditation, visualization, and mantras! (Check out this video about how to conquer fear through mantras and affirmations)
Step 3 – REPEAT!
Momentum is everything!
So once you’ve gone through these steps, it’s time to remember WHY you want the YES. Why do you want a raise? Why do you want that new house? When you reconnect to your WHY and bigger picture, you can create the impossible. You can physically manifest what you want again. Remember…
The more and more abundance you create, the easier it is for more to come in. The easier it is to maintain “yes” in your life. And what is important is that you keep going even when you don’t want to. Even when you are discourage. Remember that you’ve once created it before…so you can certainly do it again. Call it..muscle memory. You just have to keep practicing, keep doing, and remember WHY you are doing it!
